CANCELLATION POLICY

The prepayment of 50% of the price of the chosen treatment will be taken at the time of the booking. Your deposit will be refunded back if you decide to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior your visit.

If you decide to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours prior your visit, the deposit will be accounted for your new appointment.

If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior your appointment, Fam Beauty has the right of not returning the deposit.

If you are rescheduling your appointment for more than 2 times, your deposit will not be allocated to your next appointment.

In the case of not showing up to the appointment, or late cancellation, full value of the service is going to be charged. We hold a booking without a deposit for only an hour. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that our specialists will be able to provide the full service. However, if the specialist has free time, we will extend the time of your appointment and provide full service.

If you are late, Fam Beauty might not be able to provide full service you booked in for, but you will be charged a full amount of the service.

We understand that there might be different circumstances, given the valid reason, the deposit can be refunded.
